Liability Agreement

I wish to rent the Marquees and equipment from Nor Cal Marquee. I have reviewed the contents of the Term Of Service release form. I am knowingly and intelligently entering into this agreement, recognizing and appreciating that I forego my right to take legal action regarding to all liability relating to personal injury or property damage regarding Nor Cal Marquee rentals.

TERMS OF SERVICE

The Client, by placing an order, agrees that they accept the conditions of the rental agreement.

Nor Cal Maquee will retain a booking form and signed terms and conditions agreement, which the Client will then be supplied an invoice as confirmation of their booking.

Payment -

Bookings are held once a 50% deposit is received, payable by Venmo or Paypal. The deposit will go toward the total cost of your rentals. We must receive confirmation of total rentals for your event 7 days prior to the event date. If the client chooses to downgrade the number of rentals after this time, the original booking price will still apply with no refund. Payment of all rental charges are due at time of setup.

Cancellation -

Cancellations can be made 7 days prior to the scheduled event date. The deposit during booking is non-refundable, but may be applied towards the cost of another event if held within 90 days of the original event date.

Delivery and Setup -

Nor Cal Marquee is responsible for delivery and setup of the rentals. The Client is responsible for being present for the delivery and during event setup.

Delivery/Pickup is Free within 10 miles of Redding.

Outside of this area will have an additional fee of $2 / mile from Redding to Venue.

Setup/Use of Equipment -

Nor Cal Marquee will take every caution, but shall not be liable for any damage to the site, site access, furniture or personal belongings. All floor areas must be clean from dirt, dust & furniture before setup begins.

The Client is responsible for checking the number of rental items against the invoice/agreement upon delivery. Please notify Nor Cal Marquee immediately to advise of any discrepancy or damage discovered.

After the setup and verification of all equipment, the Client will be liable for any loss or damage to the Equipment. Damage to rental equipment during use is the responsibility of the Client and the Client agrees that repair or replacement charges for damaged equipment will be made after the rental date.

Insurance/Liability -

Nor Cal Marquee is not liable for any accidents that occur during the rental period. The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period.

Nor Cal Marquee will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests during your event. Nor Cal Marquee will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment during your rental.
